Vacation Care for Horses and Other Animals at a Farm Stay

Seeking Support Staff at Our Farm – First Week of July (10–12 Days) For our family-run farm, we’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable person with experience working with horses during the first week of July. A family member is usually on-site, so the role involves providing support and being present. Duties (as needed): • Assistance with feeding • Helping care for our two horses (e.g., taking them out to pasture, cleaning the stalls, helping bring them back in) • Light gardening work is also welcome (vegetable garden, flower garden) • Riding our horses is not permitted • You’re welcome to bring your own pets (e.g., a dog that gets along with cats or your own horse) • You may bring your partner • A separate vacation apartment is available on the farm It’s important to us to have an extra person on the farm while we’re away—someone who will take good care of our animals and be there when we need a hand :-).
