Hello, first a little about us. We're a French-German family that has been traveling the world for many years. Now we're embarking on a new adventure. We've bought a forest inn with a guesthouse, a bit past its prime, in beautiful Middle Franconia, and we want to breathe new life into it. We're starting in January 2025. Both the guesthouse and the inn are currently closed. There are plenty of projects you can join and contribute to: we want to build a playground, redo the facade, create a garden, redesign the banks of our lakes, build a website, install new windows, renovate or build wooden balconies, redesign the beer garden, convert rooms into apartments, build a jetty on the lake,…. We're grateful for any help – creative minds, craftspeople, nature lovers… You can stay in the holiday rooms and share the kitchen in the inn. There's also a bowling alley you're welcome to use. The inn is located in a recreational area in the middle of a beautiful forest with old oaks, on a 35,000-square-meter property with 3 lakes. On foot you can reach the old town of Dinkelsbühl in 30 min. Just drop us a line if you think our project could be a good fit for you, and we'll take it from there.
