Living in exchange for help in Villach, Austria

Description

We are a nature-loving, sporty and active family of 4 (2 girls aged 3 and 5), speaking German, English, Russian and a bit of Italian. We live in beautiful Villach in Carinthia, with our house in a lovely, slightly elevated residential area approx. 2 km north of the city centre. Villach is surrounded by mountains (the Gerlitzen ski area is 10 min away) and numerous lakes. The nearest swimming lake is approx. 900m away; Ossiacher See, Faaker See and Wörthersee are approx. 10-20 minutes by car. The tri-border area (Austria, Italy, Slovenia) lies approx. 15 min south of Villach, meaning Germanic, Slavic and Romance languages & cultures meet here. Thanks to the location, small trips to Italy or Slovenia are always an option; the sea (Italian Adriatic) is approx. 2 hours away by car. We offer a cosy 2-room apartment with its own entrance, located on the top floor of our house. It's approx. 50sqm, has a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and a living room with single bed and large couch (pull-out). Additionally, free Wi-Fi, a car parking space, bicycles and bike parking, and shared use of the garden are available. We're looking for support with childcare (especially in the afternoons) and in the garden, starting now. We could also imagine a couple, or a single mother with 1-2 children. In terms of effort, we were thinking about 1-2 hours per day, but that can still be discussed (also with regard to utility costs). A certain framework should be set, but the goal would be a great, enriching life together with mutual help, without counting every minute or euro… We're very curious and look forward to your inquiry :-)
