Apartment in a villa on Lake Como

Description

In a villa on Lake Como, we're looking for a capable tradesperson or a couple, happily also with a child. You would live there on your own and have a lot of space and a garden. At the moment it's primarily about renewing some of the electrical installation, so an electrician would be great. The other option would be laying tiles. So really, nothing too tricky. New power line with distribution box — electrician work would be ideal though.
