Room in exchange for company and everyday support

Hello! I'm looking for company for my 90-year-old acquaintance. After a fall, he's afraid of being alone in the house and could use help with things like grocery shopping. He doesn't need nursing care and otherwise manages his life independently. He is mentally super sharp, funny and positive. We're looking for someone willing to stay for a longer period, e.g. 2 months. He would especially feel at ease if someone were home at night in case he should fall. A cozy room of about 25 m2 is located in the attic of the house. For a bathroom, there's a toilet with shower in the basement or, alternatively, the bathroom in the gentleman's apartment is available. So it's a kind of shared living arrangement. There's a large garden with a gazebo and a brick barbecue. From the garden you have a view of the summit cross of the local mountain. I look forward to your inquiries! Best wishes, Maria
