Who Am I? My name is Lawrence Osegha Ihans, founder and director of IHANS Institute of Peace. I am a children’s pastor, peace educator, and advocate for children’s spiritual development, peacebuilding, and positive values. I have more than 20 years of experience working with children and communities. My passion is to help children understand their identity, discover their God-given purpose, develop their abilities, and learn how to live in peace with God, themselves, and others. What Can I Do for IHANS Institute of Peace? I can contribute my experience, leadership, teaching, and ministry skills to help IHANS achieve its mission. I can: Teach children about peace, purpose, identity, and Christian values. Develop and lead Peace Clubs in schools and communities. Train teachers, volunteers, parents, and children's ministry workers. Organize Bible classes, prayer programs, children's conferences, and peace activities. Develop teaching materials that help children understand their purpose and future. Build partnerships with churches, schools, ministries, organizations, and peacebuilding institutions. Mobilize volunteers and supporters for IHANS programs. Promote the vision of helping children have peace with God and become peacemakers in their communities. Represent IHANS in local, national, and international programs and partnerships. My goal is to use my life, experience, and God-given abilities to help IHANS Institute of Peace reach more children and equip them to become responsible, peaceful, purposeful, and positive members of society.

What I offer

I offer more than 20 years of experience working with children, Christian ministry, teaching, leadership, and community development. My skills include children’s ministry, peace education, conflict resolution, Bible teaching, mentoring, organizing Peace Clubs, training volunteers, public speaking, community outreach, and developing educational materials. I can also help IHANS Institute of Peace build partnerships with schools, churches, community organizations, and international partners, while mobilizing volunteers and supporters for programs that promote peace and help children discover their God-given purpose.
